Refund Policy

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our custom product collection, we do not accept returns or refunds. These portraits are specifically created for you and your pet. However, our team at Wondertails takes massive pride in customer satisfaction and we'll make sure your 100% happy with the art before we send it to production!

We do send proof of artwork before print, so let us know what we can do to improve the final render. If you would like to use another photo after the original illustration has been completed, we will need to charge an additional $10.00 per new photo. Please send an email to support@wondertails.com if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Damaged Goods

We ask you to inspect the frame once arrived and opened. If you have received your product and it has been damaged in transit, immediately email us at support@wondertails.com with photos of the damage along with your order number and we will gladly have it replaced, no questions asked! This is not a likely occurrence but unfortunately, it can happen. The same instructions apply in the event of receiving the wrong product, size or print.

Cancellations

If you recently placed an order and decided you would like to cancel, this is unfortunate... but not a problem! You will have a 2 hour window from placing the order to cancel and get a full refund. Go ahead and shoot us a email at contact@wondertails.com stating that you would like to cancel. If we do not get back to you in time, we'll of course honor the time stamp. 

Once the 2 hour mark has passed, you're still able to cancel but will be charged a $15 artist fee. This is because we have already started your illustration. These terms apply up until you give us approval to send the artwork to production. Once your portrait is sent to production, we will not be able to offer any refunds or returns.
