We design, illustrate, print and manufacture colorful, eye catching, and epic pet portraits! Wondertails is operated out of Austin, Texas and can't wait to create your digital pet portrait!

We offer (3) sizes for single pet portraits: 8x10in, 12x16in, and 16x20in.

Our two pet portraits come in one size only: 12in x 19in. They will include (2) 8x10in prints, which are seperated by a custom cut matboard.

Our three pet portraits also come in one size: 10in x 20in. These will inlcude (3) 5x7in prints, which are also seperated by a custom cut matboard.

We use beautiful colored aluminum frames. We have (3) colors available at the moment: Shiny Black, Gold, and Silver. *Black is the only option available for our multiple pet portraits.
These durable frames really put that unique touch on our final product and give your portrait a clean and stylish look.

Yep! You can cancel anytime before you approve your artwork. Please read refund policy before purchasing Wondertails products.

We know your excited! We are too! It takes on average 1-2 days until your art is ready to preview!
Please keep an eye on the email you provided, as we will be reaching out shortly after your purchase.
If we do not hear from you within (7) days from the day we sent the art proof, your order will automatically be approved for production.

Whoo-hoo! Expect to receive your portraitl 5-10 business days after you approve the proof. *Expect delayed shipment during the holidays.

Unfortunately you will not be able to. We want everyone to receive their product as quickly as possible, so production starts almost immediately after approval in order to hit our shipping time goals.

*We do work with you in the preview stage until your 100% happy with the render. At this time, you may make any changes regarding your order.

We excel in dog and cat illustrations specifically but; if it's an animal, it can be done! "Lions, Tigers, Bears... Why Not?"
Just be sure to follow our photo guidelines to ensure best outcome.

Artwork & Design

It definitely should if you peeked and followed the photo guidelines. In a nutshell, your photo should have: good quality, good lighting, and a front view of your pet sitting up.
*If for some reason we need a new picture, we will email you immediately and request a new one.

Our style allows for only (1) pet per print. We know alot of you pet parents may have more than one pet you want to display in a single frame, so we created a unique way to do that!

We work with vector illustration software to turn your furry friend into a Wondertails masterpiece!
Your photo will be imported into our design software and we'll use crisp lines and shapes to transform the image into our own digital art style. Vector illustrations result in non pixelated, very sharp prints, that will catch anyone's eye!

We do not illustrate people, unfortunately. We specialize in animal related designs only.

Of course! We want you to love everything about your purchase! Once your artwork is ready, we'll send you an email with the art proof attached. During this time, you will be able to view and request changes. Once approved, we will not be able to offer a refund, as this product is custom made to your pet.

Awe, that would be a bummer, since we strive to make every order look amazing. But in the case we failed to revise to your standards, we'll gladly give you a full refund MINUS a $10.00 artist fee.

Shipping & Delivery

A flat rate of $7.95 will be added to orders under $100. Anything over qualifies for FREE SHIPPING!

We use USPS and UPS carriers to deliver your portrait. All orders will receive a tracking number.

We are still working on being able to ship internationaly. Wondertails is a small local business and we currently only ship within the United States. International Shipping: Coming Soon!
